Icons near my visitors' name

Hi! I have had a couple of visitors lately, a small face icon appears near there name which means that their profiles include at least one photo. What does the "cock" symbol mean near the name of my visitors?

please move the mouse over the symbol and a tool-tip will appear to explain the icon. in that case, the cock symbol means "I want to have a sex date with you"
