This time is the nice time to visite Vetnam because the weather is best warm and fresh. Special in the north as Halong Bay, Nothe - west and North - east where is the view is not limited by the fog.
Moving: You may have a good choice by plane, Train or Bus with a fall back down but better you have choice by train or plane because the trafics in Vietnam not so well for the old people.
